EMEC Motor Driven Chemical Dosing Pumps

The EMEC Range of Motor Driven Chemical Dosing Pumps incorporate a single, solid molded PVDF Diaphragm, with a standard 5 year warranty. Each pump includes an Injection valve, Foot Valve with Filter, and Tubing in the box.

Various Models are available for Simple On/Off, or Full Digital / Analog Control, and Pump Heads for either Manual Prime or De-gassing chemicals (example Chlorine).

Description

The EMEC series PRIUS PD Motor Driven, Diaphragm Chemical Dosing pumps are mechanically actuated for high efficiency and reliability. They incorporate a spring return mechanism for fail-safe leakage, and Heads are offered in a variety of Materials. Single or Three Phase motor options are available for the various Dose Rates and Pressures.

They feature Complete Analog and Digital Control. Inputs for mA, Volt, Pulse, Batch, PPM, Constant, Multiply, and Divide are standard. They are very easy to program with a back-lit LCD display, and user-friendly menu structure.
