Explosion Proof Water Analyzer

The Model X80 Universal Explosion Proof Water Analyzer is a single or dual channel transmitter designed for the continuous measurement of pH, ORP, Dissolved Oxygen, Turbidity, Conductivity or Resistivity, in FM rated hazardous industrial environments. Ion Selective sensors can also be used to measure Chlorine (Free or Total), Peracetic Acid, Hydrogen Peroxide and many others. The X80 transmitter together with S88 sensors are FM approved and can be used for Class 1, Div 1 applications, and are also intrinsically safe rated.

X80 Universal FM Rated Water Analyzer

Description

The Model X80 Universal Explosion Proof Transmitter is used in combination with S88 Sensors to measure water variables for FM rated hazardous industrial application. S88 Intelligent Sensors digitally communicate with the X80 transmitter, automatically configuring the transmitter’s menus and display screens to the measured parameter. A user-friendly menu structure facilitates easy configuration of control parameters, along with quick sensor calibration. There is also a simulate function which enables testing of the 4-20mA and relay outputs with a cycle time, allowing an operator to walk to the control room to verify the output.
