EMEC Flow Cells and Probe Holders are designed for easy installation and maintenance. Various models are available to accommodate numerous probes options, and most come standard with flow switches. Generic Probe Holders are also available, accommodating most 12mm Smooth Body Electrodes, as well as PG13.5 and SN6 Threads. Fittings also available for Standard NPT 1/2″ and 3/4″ Style Threaded Electrodes. Please contact us for your individual application.

Description

The EMEC NPED Series of Off-Line Flow Cells / Probe Holders offer a bowl design, which is easy to remove, clean and maintain. A wall mount bracket is standard, with options for Clear or Black Bowls to limit Algae growth for outdoor installations. We are also able to customize the amount and size of threads to accommodate your specific probe mounting application.

Description

The EMEC PEF Series of Off-Line Flow Cells / Probe Holders offers installation for EMEC Closed Amperometric Cells as well as accommodating one or two 12mm Smooth Electrodes for simultaneous pH and ORP measurements. The PMMA Material is chemical resistant, and See-Through, facilitating ease of maintenance, and trouble shooting. The PEF variety comes standard with Flow Switch, Flow Regulator, Sample Point, and PVDF Fittings and Tubing.

Description

The EMEC PEA is a compression fitting, accommodating 12mm Smooth Body Electrodes. It is made of chemical resistant PVDF material with a 1/2″ Thread. It can be used as a spare for the EMEC PED Bowl Style Probe Holders.

Description

The WA-OPA640 is a PVDF Probe Holder used to convert Electrodes with a PG13.5 Thread to 3/4″ MNPT. It has Viton Seals, and a Tip Guard to protect the probes against harsh conditions.

  • Adapts 12mm x 120mm sensors with PG13.5 Thread to 3/4 inch or 1 inch NPT process connection
  • 158°F at 145 PSI (70°C at 10 Bar), or 284°F at 29 PSI (140°C at 2) Bar Max Operation
