The below is an installation for a Pharmaceutical Company, that requires dual pH Monitoring and Control of its waste water discharge.
Waste Water pH Control is easily achieved by the simple, easy to use EMEC Dual Channel pH Controller, and Robust, Long Lasting pH Sensors.
Endress and Hauser pH Probes were used, with Flat Bulbs and non-fouling porous teflon membranes for easy cleaning, and low maintenance. An In-line probe cleaner mechanism was installed to reduce maintenance and keep the probe ends clean.
The EMEC LDPHPH-MA Multi Parameter Controller is used to monitor and control 2 x individual pH systems. This is done for accuracy, reliability, and redundancy purposes.
- The operator can easily see the 2 x pH Readings, as well as the Temperature on the controller
- These control variables are converted into mA signals and sent to the Control Room.
- Relay Control, and Alarm outputs are also available on the controller.
Other Applications
- Wireless transmission of the pH and Temperature Signals to a remote control room
- Remote Control of Relays, Alarms, Dosing Pumps, and Switch Controls
- Split and Isolate the above signals to be taken to more than one location
- Re-transmit signals from a remote panel meter display
- Magnetic installation of LED lighting for Control Panels or darker areas of the control room
- Daisy Chaining of LED lights to increase light if required
- 10-30Vdc or 110Vac Options
