EMEC SEFLS Chemical Flow Monitor

Description

The EMEC SEFLS Chemical Flow Monitor physically verifies the injection of chemical into a process from a solenoid driven diaphragm dosing pump. It provides a pulse on every dose stroke, and the operator is able to program how many pulses could be missed in order to alarm for a chemical dose failure.

EMEC MFKT Multi Function Safey Valve

Description

The EMEC MFKT Multi Function Safety Valve provides adjustable Over-Pressure protection by diverting the flow of chemical back to the tank, in case of an outlet blockage. It also incorporates an inlet dosing pressure setting, before it will allow the transfer of chemical to occur.

Description

The EMEC LINR Chemical Injection Lance enables maintenance of the chemical injection line, without stopping the process. The Lance can be removed, while the injection fitting is still in-process at operating pressure and flow etc.

Description

The EMEC LASP Chemical Suction Lance is suitable to draw chemical out of most standard chemical tanks. It includes a foot valve and filter, as well as a float, for a signal to be taken to a control instrument or dosing pump, for chemical drum empty notification.

EMEC SOIM Pulsation Dampener

Description

The EMEC SOIM Chemical Dosing Pulsation Dampener is suitable for applications where the pulse dosing of a solenoid driven diaphragm pump, is required to be smoothed out into linear flow. Simply connect the dosing pump outlet to the inlet of the pulse dampener, and receive a smoother, more linear chemical feed.
